Aim of the Team

To ensure that church worshippers, whether new or long time attendants feel loved, supported and have a sense of belonging.

Where we have come from.

We have had a previous pastoral team which served the church through the leadership team and ministry leaders. Just under a year ago we felt led to form a new pastoral team based around; people who are already involved in pastoral care, those who, through professional or vocational training, have the expertise to deal with specific pastoral situations (as well as the leading of the Holy Spirit); or potentially, with training guidance and mentoring, are able to develop in this area of The Lords work here in Woolwich.

Where we are going.

As we grow together in the Lord, learning from Him and each other, my prayer and desire is for WCC would be a place of Refuge, Peace, Power and Release undergirded by the love of Jesus, for all who attend our fellowship.
